Lover's Leap Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
3 sachets Lover's Leap
7.5 oz half and half
1 oz chocolate syrup*
Pink rose petals
Directions
Bring spring or freshly drawn filtered water to a boil (212 degrees).
Pour 4 oz water over 3 sachets of Lover's Leap.
Steep 5 minutes.
Discard sachets and add 1 oz chocolate syrup.
Add tea and chocolate mixture to a latte cup of your choice.
Steam half and half.
Top tea with steamed half and half.
Garnish with pink rose petals.
Enjoy.
*Chocolate Syrup
Ingredients
100g drinking chocolate
100g boiling water
Directions
Add drinking chocolate and boiling water to a beaker.
Whisk or immersion blend until smooth.
Transfer to a bottle, date and keep for up to 1 week.
